How to Register your dog for day care.
If your dog has never been to day care with us before you will need register them by following these 4 simple steps.
If your dog is already registered and you just want to sign up for online booking go straight to Step 5.

Follow the relevant link to download a printable form or follow the link to the online form.

Submit the form or bring your hand written form to us at the centre.

Call to arrange an appointment for your dog to attend a trial to test for their suitability for day care. Trials cost £10.

Bring along all of your dog's vaccination certificates as we are required to keep copies of these.
Puppies are excepted from 6 months old.
Male dog's that have reached sexual maturity must have been neutered.
